Naga303 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own service charges, which are beyond naga303's control. You are responsible for ensuring that the funds you deposit come from a legitimate source and are solely your own.

Withdrawals from your naga303 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Amount minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per request
• Withdrawals are processed within 2 to 24 hours on business days
• Withdrawals for large jackpot winnings (exceeding RM 5,000) may require additional identity verification
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit

All bets placed on the naga303 platform – whether on Malaysian Super League football, the EPL, BWF badminton, international cricket, e-sports, lottery, jackpot, or live casino – are subject to the following general rules:

• Confirmed bets non-reversible except in specifically stated circumstances
• Naga303 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, odds error, or other exceptional circumstances
• In the event a match is postponed or interrupted, the specific rules of each sport will apply to determine the status of the bet
• The maximum bet per match is as set within the platform and may vary by sport type and market
• Naga303 reserves the right to limit the bet size of any member if necessary, without being required to provide a reason
